At Evangel, our pastoral staff is committed to helping you grow and mature spiritually. Currently, Doug Graham serves as the church’s Senior Pastor. In addition to the Senior Pastor, Evangel is equipped with a number of pastors who serve in specific areas of ministry who are listed below. 	Doug Graham Lead Pastor Pastor Doug serves as the Lead Pastor at Evangel Assembly. His leadership emphasis at Evangel is to prioritize Bible preaching/teaching and enthusiastic worship for the purpose of building strong Christ-followers who will impact our local and global community.
	Roger Will Adult Ministries Pastor Roger serves as Evangel’s Adult Ministries Pastor. His areas of involvement include evangelism, men’s ministry, care and welcoming ministries, visitation, benevolence, and oversight of facility and grounds.
	Josh Skjoldal Young Adult Ministries Pastor Josh serves as Evangel’s Young Adult Ministries Pastor. The United Generation service is held on Thursday nights at the Element.
	Terry Parkman Student Ministries Pastor Terry serves as Evangel’s Student Ministry Pastor. He oversees all student activities for students in grades 6-12. His areas of involvement are with the Element Student Ministry, the Element Student Center, and with the Current service on Sunday mornings at Evangel.
	Aaron Strawn Children Ministries Pastor Aaron serves as Evangel’s Children’s Pastor. He oversees the ministry for all children from birth to grade 5.
