
We're so excited to experience 21 Days of Prayer and Fasting with you! As we fast (detach from the cravings of our flesh) and pray (attach to God's heart), we believe that God will create a special environment where He can speak and where we can hear from Him in new ways. Whether we see it or not, we know that God will do amazing things as we take time to sacrifice and surrender, and seek Him in more intentional ways!

The Daniel Fast is a biblical and approachable way for us to draw closer to God through intentional prayer and a 21-day commitment to a partial fast, which means restricting commonly enjoyed foods as an act of worship and sacrifice to God. Here's some info to help you determine what foods to include and what to abstain from during the Daniel Fast.
Foods to include: Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes, nuts and seeds, olive oil and vegetable oils, herbs and spices, herbal tea (caffeine free), and water
Foods to abstain from: Meat, fish, seafood, eggs, dairy (milk, cheese, yogurt), sweeteners and added sugar, yeast, refined grains, processed foods, deep-fried food, solid fats (butter, margarine, lard), chocolate, caffeinated and alcoholic beverages
